Delete your Yelo account

Yelo, by NEARCRAFT TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Yelo and sign in.
2. Tap your profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app, email support@yeloapp.in with the subject "Delete my Yelo account". Send it from the email address you used to sign up so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password and Google sign-in link
• Your profile photos and display name
• Your preferences: language, state, party, notification settings
• Your sign-in sessions and notification tokens
• Your history of cards viewed and notifications sent

What we keep

• Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• Purchase records may be kept as long as tax law requires. They hold no photos or profile data.
• Cards you have already saved to your phone or shared with others stay with them. We can't delete those.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
